Well that does it for today.
Man doing these blogs certainly eats into your time. Remembering what you did, but not being able to put it all into words. Listing the pictures and having to put some text to them or they wont be saved, thats why i dont bother with a lengthy description of the photos. I will stop whining and get on with todays events. Not much at all. Just tried to fit in like a local, most of the time it works ...

Tomorrow, we have a travel day. We set out at 4:40 am and will transfer buses at Rijeka. From there we will go to Zadar, another lovely city down the Dalmatian coast. We plan on spending a couple of weeks exploring this coast. It's time to slow it down a bit and enjoy the guilty pleasure of global warming's effects. The weather should be in the 10 -15 C range (50 - 60 F).

16:35. ..Buttttt it's not yet. I'm currently sat in a deserted train station car park, on the Italian / Slovenian border, waiting for the bus that is supposedly replacing my train to Ljubljana. We walked back to the bus and then continued to Rovinj. We disembarked at one end of town, close to the docks and were on our own for a few hours. The rest of the group scattered quickly, but I hung around the docks for awhile, which proved to be fortuitous as ...
