... suit Perth!

Lille is a really nice town to just wander around and take in all the old buildings and little roads in the old town. Check out the photos of the place. I really enjoyed sitting in a coffee shop looking out over the main square with a large ferris wheel (We couldn't go on it cause Hudson was too small) in the background.

It was a pretty tough day of walking as we covered pretty much every square foot of Lille town centre. ...

Lille was so cute and beautiful. all the buildings and stone paved lanes and christmas markets just made this place feel so warm even though I was freezing..lol
I spent the day walking around and thawing out in little boutiques when ever I got too cold.. waiting for Ben to finish work. I soon realised my coat was insufficient for warmth.lol.. but this was just the beginning as i was to find out.. no snow as of yet though.

We hopen met dit blog jullie terug ons pad te laten volgen, met plaatjes en een verhaal.
En ... we gaan Lien weerzien, 't is een jaar geleden !!!! Dat doen we via London .... Ewout en familie gaan ons dus mogen uitwuiven, het is onze manier de kids weer te zien.

Een jaar is zo voorbij, we hebben iedereen wel op de een of andere manier ontmoet, samen iets ...

... of the building as well as other snippets of interest.Time to head back to the hotel for a rest or to watch the soccer!

We walked into town a different way in the evening and saw a more modern side of the city. We walked on a while until we reached the old part and found a restaurant where we could sit outside. We then enjoyed a leisurely dinner whilst watching life go by in this French town.
