... suit Perth!
Lille is a really nice town to just wander around and take in all the old buildings and little roads in the old town. Check out the photos of the place. I really enjoyed sitting in a coffee shop looking out over the main square with a large ferris wheel (We couldn't go on it cause Hudson was too small) in the background.
It was a pretty tough day of walking as we covered pretty much every square foot of Lille town centre. ...
I thought England was cold..
Lille was so cute and beautiful. all the buildings and stone paved lanes and christmas markets just made this place feel so warm even though I was freezing..lol
I spent the day walking around and thawing out in little boutiques when ever I got too cold.. waiting for Ben to finish work. I soon realised my coat was insufficient for warmth.lol.. but this was just the beginning as i was to find out.. no snow as of yet though.

A wonderful weekend in France

We walked into town a different way in the evening and saw a more modern side of the city. We walked on a while until we reached the old part and found a restaurant where we could sit outside. We then enjoyed a leisurely dinner whilst watching life go by in this French town.
