Today we travelled to Basel to meet our good friend Peter, from our long ago stay in Norfolk. So what did we do today? We went to three different countries, yes just TODAY! :) Sarah and Martin took us on a three country tour of Germany, France, and Switzerland. We left dark and early on a water taxi for the train station. It was 2 and a half hours to Milan and I slept half the way there. Milan to Basel was 4 hours and a beautiful ride.
