... group for a couple of drinks, and then they were heading to a club - but we ditched them along with another couple from Melbourne...and we headed to a Rock bar. It was a pretty cool place, played good music, tonnes of people in there although it got a bit hot. They even had the bar girls up on the tables dancing haha, it was pretty random. I saw the ultimate 80's rockers...I so wanted to take a photo of them, but it would've been so obvious lol. They looked like they were part of ...

A travel blog entry by zoe13 on May 07, 2014

I spent 4 nights in Prague with Nickolina, a good friend from Sweden I haven't seen in almost 4 years! It was great to see her and to have someone to experience Prague with, the only downside was the cold I managed to pick up on the way there. Well rested we headed up the hill to Hradcany Castel and had a walk around. We tried to get to the Golden Mile which is street where the houses are made very small and look very quaint but we couldn’t find it or it was closed. It was getting dark and we were tired with Joel’s knee aching and the back of my knee feeling like I pulled a tendon. To make it easy for ourselves we caught the same tram home and got in around 4.30pm. Joel and I ...

... is not even enough time to see Prague. 3. Don't wear heels, the roads and sidewalks are mostly crooked cobblestone and hard to navigate in flats! 4. Walkable communities- all of the streets are made for walking and cycling in the old town. There are cabs and a few people driving around, but the area has been made to walk. 5. Dumplings and meat are really good. If you venture to Czech Republic, make sure to try their traditional ...
