    Stayed at yet another lovely state park campgrounds, Brantley Lake State Park. Beautiful desert location.     Yesterday we took a trip to Taos. The change around Espanola and Velarde is incredible, it is amazing what the introduction of Casinos does to an area.     ... It was quite amazing, as soon as we crossed the border into Texas, everything looked much more affluent and well-kept. There are huge ranches, extensive irrigation systems everywhere.
