Today we flew over to Holland to start our 6 day stay. It was an early start with the cab picking us up from Mikes at 5.00am to go to Gatwick. Our flight on BA was at 7.50am so we got there in plenty of time. Mike will laugh at this because he was giving us **** about leaving so early. The flight went well as it is only 50min flying time. It nearly takes as long to taxi to Schipol from the runway as it takes to fly ...

Our walk home took us past Oudenhof-molen the old mill which is beside ...

I had not realized how much politics, as well as culture, had figured in ...

Hello everybody, I am sitting in a DIJK house looking over a river called Merwede.

      A. and I. my friends were waiting for me at the airport. Their house is built in an old dike in Sliedrecht. You enter the place at the middle floor and very steep stairways bring you to the second floor, with a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The roof is of course sloped but I have not yet banged my head.

The lower level, another staircase also steep, is a large working area ...
