Today we flew over to Holland to start our 6 day stay. It was an early start with the cab picking us up from Mikes at 5.00am to go to Gatwick. Our flight on BA was at 7.50am so we got there in plenty of time. Mike will laugh at this because he was giving us **** about leaving so early. The flight went well as it is only 50min flying time. It nearly takes as long to taxi to Schipol from the runway as it takes to fly ...

Then we went for a walk into Rotterdam. This neighbourhood is very mixed race. Lots of African coloured people and lots of Muslims. Lots of shops to cater for them, food wise and clothes wise. Bruno was thinking of buying a caftan so we can have another dinner party with Pamela and Graham! There are also ...

... in salt water. Once it was ordered the fished was cleaned right then and served with chopped onions and a dill pickle. One was supposed to stick the entire fish in your mouth and bite it off at the tail. We took smaller bites however, and it was pretty good. After our herring snack, we continued on our tour. This took us through the personal boat harbor. As we were leaving this area, the clouds looked to be rolling in so we started heading back to ...
