    ... Republik out of the little tiny studio in the backyard. The studio is about an 8x8 space, maybe? It is quite a tight squeeze. He is the only employee right now, but he is hoping to grow. Carlos built his own dehydrator that runs on LPG, which he says is perfectly food safe and helps keep costs down compared to his competitors who all use electrical energy.     ... it to start back up but no luck. Then I had Neil come over and try his luck but he couldn't get it either. Then we saw the employee and asked him for help. Of course, he just pushed down on the lid, and like magic, it started back up. Thank goodness! The dryer was filled with sheets so we just ended up bringing the clothes back and hanging it on the line. Definitely took more time than I would plan for laundry but at least we can last a week until figuring it out again! ...
