... account, nor where we repulsed by it either. It was all just a little nondescript. As evening set, we boarded a bus airport bound and picked up our precious cargo. Returning back to the city with Janet was easy and as we supped on decent Chinese fair, we started to get excited for our real adventures in Costa Rica, the first of which was to the secluded Osa Peninsula and the magical Drake ...

And with that, wrapped up our time in the Americas. it was time to leave that part of travels behind us, and head home for a few weeks of long-overdue catch ups with family and friends - and also to celebrate some wonderful weddings of some wonderful people - before we hit the road again.

After my return from an amazing African adventure I had a very quick turnaround before my next trip. This time, I made my way to my fifth and final continent of the year. I was finally reunited with my uni housemates after months of all four of us being in different time zones; what better way to celebrate than travelling around Costa Rica. My first stop was Madrid where I met Hannah ( a fellow taster of the world) to wander around an amazing food market: Mercado de ...
