... to invest in 2 hours of parking. Niko shouted. We walked along the waterfront and found a cafe that had traditional Croatian cuisine as part of their menu. We scored a table right on the water and were looked after by a very charming young man. Charming until he called Annette an old woman.

Niko and Cvita organized the meal by making a slight change to the Cevapi menu item - chips and salad replaced by potatoes and grilled ...

Apparently this town is the Riviera of the Adriatic and I can see a bit of that with all the palm trees along the harbour front, but that is where the resemblance ends. ... OU301 please proceed to your gate immediately" OMG WHAT?? We were at the gate we just thought we had to wait! We rushed up to the counter. The lady then informed us that she had to change our seats to the back of the plane because there was "weight balance issues". The words issue and plane are not two words you want to hear in the same sentence! ... gym shoes. After check-in (2 times in a row I have top bunk - I knew my luck would run out), I decided to walk in a National Park along the Adriatic Sea. The initial climb was a lot of stairs, but the walk was really nice. Looks like a rain system is rolling in as the mist was really strong, so pictures are not that great. ... 2 hours longer than anticipated. On the plus side I really think my sea bands (the sweat bands with pressure points on the wrist) are working as I didn't feel sick at all on the bus and barely on the boat, pretty good considering my last few travels. Fellow travellers have alerted to me the existence of free walking tours in cities throughout Europe, how did I not know about these before?! Apparently they're not allowed to offer it for ...
