... and awoke to someone poking me. He looked 'official' and kept trying to tell me I had to pay 20 Euros ($25) for the entrance to Hungary. Normally I would have had the strength and insight to question this, but I was weak and paid the man. Of course he was off the train with my money, and the train left. After three days in Poprad, I thought Slovakia didn't have much more to offer. So, I packed my bags, and took a train east and south, the quickest route out of here. And we were perplexed about the beer labels and menus here. They offer beers with either 10 degrees or 12 degrees. At least it was the degree sign. The 12 degrees is slightly more expensive. I tried the 10 degree version of the Saris brand and it was not great, kinda like a bud light.
