We had to go up a ramp to enter the castle through its main gate, then were in the area between the inner castle and the outer wall, which was topped with guard towers and walkways. Today we met my uncle and mom at the Kelenfold transit station, close to where my grandparents used to live. My uncle borrowed my cousin's car as its bigger than his so our ride was nice and comfortable. It was nice to see the countryside on the way- we even had a little detour through a small town due to a road closure and we got to see lots of storks and their babies in nests that the city set up for them on top of power poles but away from the lines. ... to visit Martha's daughter, Miriam and her family, Lobus, David and Michael, where we ate, drank and enjoyed them in their home for awhile. Then, the children went bowling right within the community complex. It was great fun, but all too soon, it was time to leave them and return to Martha's "doma" to get ready to say goodby to Kosice.

... accommodation. We were invited to join in on the eating as well as the dancing. This portion of the evening could be titled Gluttony. Especially considering the fact that we had 2 dinners, ample wine, bread, desserts, and so much more. The first dinner consisted of a homemade pasta soup, followed by a plate full of pasta and mashed potatoes and two different pieces of meat.
