Gruss
Ralf
Cavtat, Croatia schwate... other item into the water at that spot. Well, after years of reverence, an island appeared out of the water from all those rocks, and today that is the Lady of the Rock Island. This part of the world is just full of so many interesting stories…

After our boat trip back to Perast, we walked down the road to an inviting little café with beach access. We planned just to stay for a beer, but the atmosphere was so pleasant that we ...
Perast, Serbia and Montenegro balkans2009... Beverly Hills Ninja and David was really amazed that I gobbled down a second bowl of pasta and then some chips, etc. I was out when Naked Gun 2 ½ was a little bit in and then ended but awoke at the same time David did and we watched some flick about Tim Allen changing his depressing life around when he gets beat up by a jerk who stole his tenure parking space. Oh and I ran around the apartment packing up all my stuff and made a loud crash once or twice= girls ...
Dubrovnik, Croatia much-eh... enough and I enjoyed wandering around the narrow stone alleys in the old city. The hostel lady said my bike would be safe left outside for the night as Croatians "were too lazy to ride bikes and preferred mopeds". This indeed seemed the case as every youngster in town was buzzing around on their mopeds like wasps to honey, so I took her advice and just left the bike in the street. Needless to say, it was still there in the morning!
Dubrovnik, Croatia springy100... paintings. The weather was cold and rainy adding to the dreariness of the many grey Russian block style apartments. We noticed a difference arriving in Skpoje, Macedonia. Here they are very busy building new stores full of modern technology and stylish clothing. We enjoyed an evening in an Irish pub. The valleys through Macedonia have vast vineyards and the snow-covered mountains dividing Macedonia ...
Dubrovnik, Croatia landlubbers... ask three or four different locals, this way you can go where the majority of them told you it was. We decided not to go this route to Montenegro and managed to find the one bus seems to run in the country to a more northern town. From here we had to take a taxi to a very small southern Montenegran town, and from there another bus up the coast. So eventually, after lots of travel hopping and a beautiful drive along the coast we got to Kotor ...
Kotor, Serbia and Montenegro dangabesisaak... realise that our wallet-full of Serbian thingees are useless here. Budvar is a tacky seaside resort crawling with fat Europeans wearing far too few clothes and prices that match the season. We inquire about getting a room but there is nothing going for less than 20 Euros per person a night. Too much for us. A couple of locals suggest that we try Kotor, a less frantic town a couple of hours up the coast. So we find the bus station and head to Kotor. Kotor is ...
Kotor, Serbia and Montenegro jambo... has a nice marina, cool old town and a fort up on a hill overlooking the town. Had some lunch then to the beach (big, uncomfortable boulders to lay on) with Aya and Brianne. Laid out in the sun a couple hours. Back to the hostel to clean up then out for dinner with the girls. Hung out with people at the hostel before going out into town at 11pm. We bar-hop for a while before going to the club in a sort of castle at 1am. We just dance a little as the group didn't seem into it ...
Dubrovnik, Croatia twittg... quite chilly).. and yep Captain Nat was at the tiller when the little Minnow broke down... luckily it was only the spark plug lead that kept falling off and after about six times having to pull the engine cover off, we found some tape to hold it on and steamed back into Hvar.. quite late! On Sunday we ferried back to Split from which we quickly split to Dubrovnik... had lunch in Bosnia before arriving here in Dub. another ...
Dubrovnik, Croatia natandy... some sort of pigmentation problem. But who can blame us for lying in the sun for five hours, especially after we watched world weather and it said Canberra was 12 degrees, haha sucked in! We have been lapping up the 30 degree heat now for about a week. Oh sorry did we just talk about the nice warm weather again? Kotor was pretty ...
