    ... slogging the road. The lovely Mexican girls with smiley faces in the streaming rain. Tiger the Irish lad with his non stop chatter made the kilometres fly by. Sheila with her strength and stupidity breaking the pain barrier. Jimmy for coping so well with us two and, keeping her on her feet, carrying the bulk of our belongings and keeping me warm and dry. I hope the wonderful memories of this trip will keep us at home for the near future, but knowing those two I doubt ...

    ... Benidorm? Simply because neither of us have ever been and we’ve heard of so many people going.

    Was it our grandparents/older relatives that went maybe?? Oh we were very young and got run over by tandem disability scooters on numerous occasions.

    Soon after lunch, we went for a drive to Benidorm. It was the other city that wasn't to far away where we are staying. It only took 40 minutes to get to Benidorm. I was surprised that there was a lot more high rise apartments in Benidorm. We parked the car close to the beach and walked to the beach. It was packed.     We went to the long sandy beach I had spotted yesterday from the tram. When we were getting ready at home, I looked at the map. It looked really simple, but it turned to not too easy.
