Yesterday we went in the car to Sagres. This is a promontory right at the end of the Algarve where the land turns north at the Atlantic. There wasn't much there, but a fort and lighthouse. We even seemed to miss the town. note way back we called in at Lagos ( Lagosh) we found a cafe on a hill overlooking the water. From there we could see where we were staying and with my new binoculars, we could even see Bill and Sues balcony!! We walked down the hill and dad spotted a team GB sailing ...

I love it because there are no crowds, no queuing, and prices are so much cheaper.
Lagos is cool and the alcoves of beaches are amazing.
You can't stop taking picture after picture of the dramatic coast line of cliffs and rock formations.
