... which he proceeded to cut and we ate the insides with bread. There wasn't much of a taste, but the process of seeing him gather and cut them was cool. It was strange to watch the spikes of the sea urchins still moving even after they had been cut in half and out of the water for a long time. ... here, even for the day, is very expensive without even factoring in the gas, but it is a must in order to travel to Peljesac if you don't want to spend even more cash on a private wine tour of the region. Though we later found out from our guesthouse owner that you can do a much cheaper wine tour with a van or big bus, for us, it was money better spent to simply rent a car and have the flexibility to stop wherever, and whenever we wanted to. ...
