    ... today had its hottest July day ever and Venice was stifling by the time I arrived mid-morning. So today’s travel dragging suitcases around with a train change in Verona was very uncomfortable. Even Innsbruck which is surrounded by mountains was over 30c when I arrived this afternoon.

We eventually arrived in Innsbruck however due to a technical difficulty (read wrong address in GPS) got completely lost attempting to locate our hotel for the next two nights.
