... there was an exhibit that was also very moving. Many of the Prague Jews were sent to a nearby concentration camp and during that time, a teacher who was sent to the camp had children draw to give them some normalcy and try to take their attention off of their dire situation. ... gargoyles all around the edges. As we tried to find our way to the famous Charles bridge we passed a pastry shop, we shared a local delicacy which I described on the image. Finally we found our way to the bridge. It was very eery and not somewhere I would want to wander at night time. All the statues along the bridge depict a specific patron saint, they are dark in colouration and covered in cobwebs. ... strawberries and of course had to try some local Czech cakes. Took a photo of the delightful sale girl who explained what everything was to us.
