Today was the day of my big meeting. Up at 4 am and on the metro by 5. It was packed with the beautiful still half drunk people of the world returning to their hotels and homes from a night out. I'm sure I looked a little out of place in my business suit haha! The thing about Spain... They don't do mornings... Four hours later, we left to wander the streets some more before finding a nice ex-pats bar for a night cap before heading home to collapse and sleep. All round a wonderful day! - M & ...

We had a leisurely start to the day as it was Saturday and then went on the underground to Guell Park, which is a large park high up north of Barcelona, designed by Gaudi. It is a world heritage site. We had to walk up a hill then take 6 large external escalators up an almost vertical street to get there. We got some nice views of the ...

... large tour gets to experience. Good job Rachel so far.....When we left her we went for a tour of Palau de la Musica which is a concert hall built in 1902. Quite an amazing place with all of the stained glass, mosaic tile and architectural features. The acoustics are phenomenal. To bad the idiot who did Kravis Center couldn't get it right. We then took the metro back to the hotel and I'm writing this as we rest ...
