    This morning when we went to breakfast I was not feeling well. I had some nauseau and found it very hard to swallow.     Our day begins early as we trek our luggage down to Hotel Reina Isabelle to meet our guides. It is easy to spot our group wearing lots of biking gear. We have 21 bikers mostly from the east coast. This includes three families, two single women and four couples. We have a 50 minute bus trip to the south of the island to begin our ride.
