... delicious! We had a quiet night in and watched some movies and headed to bed relatively early because we were still quite tired. The next morning we got up and headed towards the other side of town to visit the Atomium. This is a giant 9 sphere structure that was built in 1958 for the Brussels World Fair. Then we headed towards the city centre where we were faced with the gorgeous Grand Place (the main square in Brussels) which hold guildhalls, the city's Town Hall, and the breadhouse. Tonight we had 2 1/2 hour dinner at a sidewalk cafe. It was nice weather and fun to people watch. Two tables over from us a man got down on his knee and proposed to his girlfriend. Very sweet! When David went to pay the bill, the waiter refused to let him add a tip. I had read that you don't tip in nice restaurants- but it was surprising. Also surprising was the 21% tax added to the ...
