warmly by the staff. We have a reservation. The nice woman looks us up, then makes a

He began ranting (in Spanish) arm motions and all, and by the look of passers by, it was not friendly. On arriving our hotel looked ok, got to the room though and wasn't impressed, smelly, and the mattress was so old we could feel every spring.
