With our successors learning the ropes alongside us we will have time for some adventures of our own before we return to the UK The main event will be Romania in August hopefully-as far as the Black Sea. ... the town we're staying in and it was a really beautiful place with lots of neat looking rock and tons of clear running water. It was a pretty hike that took an hour or two and there was a waterfall at the end of it. We took lots of pictures there!

Later this evening we took a nice long walk and enjoyed the scenery around us. We're right in the middle of the mountains, so there's a lot of pretty scenery to take ...

It is imperative to keep our fitness up whilst travelling so we hire mountain bikes that have been used in the Dacha rally then had addition of seats made to slice you in half. Lovely, we cycle and whinge our way around the lake being taken over by Great Grandparents in Lykra. The highlight is a FAB lunch served by the cutest looking Austrian in leather Lederhosens looking over the lake with elegant white swans. Life is perfect even if we can’t ...

... winding footpath. No time to stop and view the cloud obscured view, but made it with 4 mins to spare. They have seats on the way, I guess you are supposed to enjoy the walk up. The ice cave has spectacular ice formations, up to 9 meters high ice towers. It was amazing, we went first deep into the lowest part then climbed, up a zillion stairs to the different levels of the ice cave. The cave had a frozen river which at one point we not only walked across but climbed ...
