... mess by the time I arrived. I had 5 euro on me and my credit card. It costs 10 euro and they didn't accept credit cards. And Nicky, Henry and Emma still hadn't arrived back from Barcelona. ... It is an odd building it looks like two different buildings depending on which side you are. The cathedral was open and so we went inside. I liked it I thought from the outside style that it would be baroque inside but it was very plain allowing the elegant gothic roof to be seen and there was some lovely stained glass. A priest was reading from the bible in a side chapel and this was played on speakers ...

... too tiring walk around them. We took lots of photos of the wall and watch towers and the crumbling houses and ruins within the walls. At the end of the walk we came out on the waterfront and headed along to find dinner.

We had dinner at one of the tourist restaurants in town which was maybe not a great choice but I enjoyed the paella and salad I had washed down with rather a lot of rose wine. Today has been my favourite day so far. Katie and I both feel very happy to
