This morning we left Croatia, said a brief hello to Bosnia before saying hello again to a favourite country of ours Croatia (Dubrovnik is isolated from the rest of Croatia by a finger of Bosnian land to prevent them from being land locked) We stopped for lunch in the biggest city on the Adriatic coastline, Split. I appreciate your time and hope you find my stories somewhat ...

As we reached the Adriatic Sea the coastline was rocky and jagged, and the water was a pure turquoise, and so clear. It was beautiful. ...

We're F'ing Tourists!

A travel blog entry by biruvia on Jun 20, 2011

... walkway I saw a cop directly in front of me and stopped. "What are rules for this sort of thing here?" I said to Henrik. Henrik charged right past me, drink in hand, and yelled "There are no rules, we're ******* tourists!" Well put. Patrons at club #3 got a great show of Karen's white girl dance performance. But the laughter she normally gets from friends back home was replaced by curious stares from the local Croats. A few hours later, ...
