I have just come back from barcelona..my favourite city ever! I was there as part of my erasmus placement and im so pleased I chose Barcelona to spend it. I worked for 5 months in an internship but finished at 4pm everyday and had so much time to enjoy the city.

We walked through the park for quite some time, and then headed back to our flat for a quick breather before getting dinner at a nearby restaurant that had been recommended. Barcelona!! This city is one the most amazing cities i've ever been to. Which is why i didnt stay here. Just kidding. Where to start with this son bithc. o Yes.. ... very light and very busy. We returned to our suite but I then went downstairs to watch the first half of the 9 o'clock match in the lobby. It was 1-1 when I left which France eventually won 3-1. That surprised me . We had a restless night. Every time somebody walked along the corridor outside it echoed. There was a band in the hotel next door which went on till 1am and there were some strange explosions coming from the direction of the beach. Kids letting off crackers I was told.
