    We were up with the sunset this morning and before heading off I needed to sort out the dinghy engine, I think the problem was the air release valve not being open which was making it cut out. We motored to the caves just West of Lagos this morning before setting off for Albufiera. Everything seemed fine, the engine stalled once but releasing the air valve made it work straight off so think that is the problem. Wind today ...

    After getting up early this morning and not a lot that needed immediate attention we opted for a chill out day today. Firstly we walked up the hill to the supermarket for groceries once more then after bringing them back to the boat we ventured to the next anchorage along at Baleeira, we were both glad we chose Sagres over it last night.     The 2 hour drive from Setubal to Albufeira was very pleasant with dry rolling sandy hills initially, which became orchard after orchard of olives, various nut bearing trees, some vineyards and fruit trees as we drove further south toward the Atlantic.
