    ... a histology test. We had to make an incision from under their gills down their stomachs up until their anus. They very carefully try and separate the skin right behind the gills from their organs and muscles. They were then placed in a jar with formaldehyde for preservation.

    Usual day at work. Initial feeding, preparation of more feeding, proceeding feeding, siphoning and counting of mortalities. Today Antoni has his initial experiment set up. He has 21 tanks to be used for his Nutrition and Bone Development of Seriola. We has to catch 125 juvenile Seriola from Mesocosmo 2, these little guys were about 1-2 mm long.
