Here you arrive and are welcomed by a long shady boulevard with a wide pedestrian area in the middle—a popular place to stroll in the evenings. Then, up the narrow streets is a lively, neighbourly plaza with a square tower—the town’s landmark—overlooking it. With the help of the person going the pottery (Pablo), we were able to make something small, either a bowl, a vase,or a glass. It was really neat using the pottery wheel and making the clay come to life. It is really an art. If you force the clay it will wobble and not work as well. When ...

Don't the hours grow shorter as the days go by...

Well, it's winding down. I think I can finally start to get excited for the end. For mom and dad coming to travel around Spain with me, and for going back to the states. My last days of teaching is in 2 weeks, I have 8 days of work left, and mom and dad will be here in two weeks and a day. That leaves a grand total of 25 days left in Spain. Just about 8 months down....and 25 days to go.

Despite being really ...
