    Ok...this isn't going to be a "travel" entry, it is more about our journey to healthier eating.

    We've been eating a diet that focuses on plant foods, the fresher the better. We try to purchase organic produce and just this week discovered a great local market which sells exactly the kind of food we want. While the variety is limited by what is fresh and locally grown, it is a great start for us.
