... tomato fight does not commence until a brave soul (with a lot of helpers) has climbed a 2 storey, greased up telegraph pole and claimed a ham hanging from the top. ... trip and enjoyed watching the world go by at lightening speed.

We arrived at Valencia and checked in, unpacked and went to a supermarket to get a couple of bits and pieces. Picked up a six pack for less than than 2 euros

We went to a sidewalk restaurant and I had my first Paella in Spain. Beautiful

Thursday: We had a quiz today in our Spanish Culture and Civilization class. After the test, we went and explored Los Viveros (the old Royal Gardens) and Monforte Gardens. Both were very beautiful, and it was a beautiful day out as well. Later that day, I had to get packing for my trip the next week.

... school I met up with a group of about 25 people to play a game of soccer. It was really fun & hectic, but since were playing at 2-4 in the afternoon, we had to take a few water breaks to cool down. Then a kid sprained his ankle pretty badly on the ball, which killed the game. I played a little bit of basketball, but everybody was pretty tired so we left.
