... could this day get any more frustrating? The key was turning but the door just didn't open. We tried for ages until we heard a lady downstairs, we asked her if she could help us but she was a bit rude. Another lady came up and tried to help us, finally she got it open! The trick is to pull the door while turning the key! Ahhhhh home sweet home with all our possessions! We had showers and went straight to bed, we were pooped!
