... and mid August. During this period there were 12 acclaimed festivals on. These included music, jazz, art, fashion and Montreal First Peoples' festival. The same goes for Toronto. We have just missed TIFF, the Toronto International Film Festival. Last week stars such as Al Pacino, Steve Carrell and Reese Witherspoon were in Toronto for the Festival. We are ready to go. We have been waiting for this vacation for soooo long. Friday late afternoon, traffic is light in Ottawa and the same is in Montreal. In max 2 hrs we are at Dorval. First flight is from Montreal to Paris with Corsair fly. I love Corsair fly. If you ever fly to France, you should choose them for the following reasons:

... to Quebec City. We crossed the St Lawrence river on the ferry from our parking spot at Levis, rode the Funicular from Lower to Upper Quebec. Strolled the streets of Old Quebec, including the Rue-Du-Petit-Champlain (the oldest street in North America). The Chateau Frontenac stands tall on the cliffs. Halloween is happening. ... on St. Paul Street and Olympic Park. St. Paul St. is the oldest street in Montreal. It is loaded, and I mean loaded, with shops, and sidewalk cafes.
