Day 3-Things are looking up
So I know I haven't gotten on here and written anything yet especially since I made such a big deal about how I was going to write everyday but with no laptop charger (I left it in atlanta). ... man shouted after me to tell me I'd left my sunglasses and pillow, I told him I was coming back. However I did tell him in English and something definitely got lost in translation as when I got on the bus and it started driving off I realised my sunglasses and pillow weren't there!!! Either the guy had tried to be helpful and find me, thought I said I didn't want them and took them or just took them anyway. I was so annoyed! I really don't care about the sunglasses ...
Making our way back to the city!
Monday turned out to be quite an interesting day! It all started at about 9 in the morning when we got on the boat to make our way back to Heredia. The boat ride went smoothly, and I was actually very sad to be leaving the quite of such a peaceful island! Around 12 we made it to Guapiles, which is the city where we ate lunch. ... The meal also came with some sort of raspberry juice which was something I have never seen before! Our afternoon was spent at the school relaxing and doing our homework. It is very peaceful there, I almost never want to leave! But at 5 we were headed out with a group from our school for Noches Tipicas Costarricenses.
