So I know I haven't gotten on here and written anything yet especially since I made such a big deal about how I was going to write everyday but with no laptop charger (I left it in atlanta). Computer use has been scarce. I can only write a little today because I need to get ready for class but I will try to outline as much as possible.

We arrived into San Jose at about 9pm and from there the plan was to get a bus to the nearby town of Heredia.

Well in our opinion San Jose is not very nice, so instead of getting a bus we jumped in a cab and got ourselves right out of there, however Heredia wasn't up to much either, it definitely wasn't what we were expecting!

However we decided to carry on like little troopers and head to Volcan Poas the next day anyway. So we set off in the morning ...

... Strömung gar nicht so einfach war^^! Ich sag euch dieser Strand ist ein TRAUM!!! *_* :D Nur mussten wir ständig aufpassen, dass die Wasch- und Nasenbären und auch die Äffchen uns nicht unsere Tüten klauen! XD haha die Waschbären kamen da immer ganz dreist zu viert anmaschiert! :P

... way to the volcano but alas it was closed…at 10am…I swear it was open at 7:30 when we passed it. Strange. We have also passed the same horse and cows on the road as yesterday. Its like Ground hog day. Another anomaly of this area is that Costa Rica does not have a pedestrian law. Pretty much it’s a free for all as far as mowing them down apparently. So step onto the road at your own risk…yet oddly the costa Rican people ...
