      ... be happy here. I decided on the andalouse sauce based on recommendations which is mayo based and delicious. (There are recipes online I will definitely be making this when I get back since I am NOT a big ketchup fan.) And really what's a trip to Belgium with out the waffles, so naturally this is what I had for desert.

      Since we were still soaked, cold and generally uncomfortable we went back to the hostel bar and ended the night playing uno with other people in our room.
