    ... Place, stopping in random shops along the way. I decided I better get lunch, even though my eating habits were off from the bad night’s sleep, and we stopped in an Italian place where I got a pizza. After I ate we went out and people watched in Grand Place and enjoyed the atmosphere. Then we took the metro back to our hotel and grabbed our bags and walked up to Brussels North station.     ... stop was Manneken Pis, the famous ******* boy. He was a lot smaller than I thought he was going to be, but for a country that is also small and absurd he is the ideal national symbol. His suit is changed a few times per month, always by a guy named Jean-Marc, and the whole collection of clothes is stored at the City Museum. I saw him in his natural, naked form.

    ... very sour, very nice!

    Walked around the main tourist drag and had curry mussels at Chez Leon with Grimbergen brun. Not as nice as a Leffe brun, but still good.
    After dinner went to Delerium bar which is in the Guinness book of records for having the most beers available - 2004 different varieties.
    I was only interested in the 24 they had on tap - most of which couldn't be had elsewhere.
