... it is with me and these bus trips. It could be my complete lack of planning that becomes glaringly obvious when all the plans fall apart. Still, I'm pretty content having a more organic, flexible, free-form, and messy experience with it all. It adds to the excitement. And the best part is that I can apparently get excited enough to write a novel about a time that I waited for a bus and ate food.

... There is already a cake the size of a small child on the table. I am writing this in between meals, hoping my appetite returns but Juan is threatening to disrupt my gorging plan. It is time to eat, drink and be merry so move up Juan and make some room for a wee keke or pastel.

... dans la région de l'Araucanía, elle fut mise à la retraite dans les années 70, et laissée de facto à l'abandon pendant 20 ans. Et puis un beau jour le Museo décida de la remettre en état de rouler avant que cela ne devienne simplement impossible, et le plus fort est qu'ils y sont éventuellement arrivés! Alors ces quelques dernières années elle a retrouvé les rails et le grand air, et refait occasionellement un petit voyage.
