That morning we were up at 3 am, but not due to jet-lag, rather because the bus to the airport was going to pick us up at 3:45. Not much sleep. With no coffee in the place we were renting, it was not easy and Luigi was missing his espresso! The plane for Zurich with us on board was scheduled to depart at 7:20, but we left one hour late... guess why? ........ ...
