Sateesh then settled into making this curry, there was a lot of squid going into it, along with all these herbs and spices, the smell of it was really good and various spoons appeared for tasting, then more spices went in, then copious amounts of water, then the vegetables, all chopped up small, I joined in with my spoon

I was then told it had to cook for several hours to thicken and make the squid ‘good’

... Besides organising a boat trip, there is truly nothing to do in this town - and we looked!! The best we could do was to rub shoulders with the locals while we ate out! For a place that seemed so popular with tourists, there was very little evidence of this while we were there.
