... I'd not run on the streets yet in India, and I soon realised what I'd been missing out on... Its like running the marathon, people almost cheered me on, waving laughing and shouting encouragement. It was awesome! When I returned back to the hostel, one of the staff members, Vish, requested that I made one of the other guys have a workout... He then convinced Sean and Dutch guy too join us, and before I knew it I was leading a tabata training session for 4 on ...

But, I felt pretty uncomfortable and wasn't sure how I would sleep with someone staring at me. Eventually someone turned off the light and I managed to sleep fine! In the morning, when we started to get closer to Trivandrum, the train was converted into a commuter train, with people going to work. All of ...

... in at the deep end, but we thought hey we are probably only going go be India once. On check in we had to read the rules of the ashram and sign to say we agree. We were shown to our dormitory which had about 50 beds in it. Luckily we found 2 next to eachother. We looked at the schedule and in 20minutes was dinner time. We thought, ah what a nice activity to arrive in time for, meet some people, get a feel for the place. Oh yeah, we got a feeling ...
