We love South India
... booked a really cheap hotel for around £9 a night. It was ok....got eletrocuted a bit of the light switches and still had to wash my hair with a measuring jug but hey ho we had had worse in the North. Plus this hotel had a major bonus...it was practically on the beach.
We chilled out on this beach for a week and found an amazing restaurant with fab food...fresh cakes made everyday, amazing juices for me and beer for James!

Kerala
... the journey is only 14 hours long. And the Indian man in the bunk opposite me seems to like checking on me. Every time the light comes on his eyes are open and looking at me..... Great. So whilst I'm not sleeping I might as well write about India and what we've done so far for anyone who's interested to know. Goa is lovely with lots of green, sun and sea. The people are really nice as well although they don't like russians. I've eaten some of the best food I've ever had here ...
Update from Yoga ville
... just 2 buildings over and I can see it from our balcony. That does just fine:) The beach is gorgeous here and I spend as much time as possible studying there. The sand is black in some spots and normal sandy colour in others - odd, but its soft:)
Lots of sun to be had... Turns out this is a touristy area... Luckily we're not in the thick of it... just down the beach is beach resort haven for hippies, retirees and somehow a lot of Swedish families (?)! ...
