I have just returned from an amazing trip to Tsushima, Japan. Tsushima is a small fishing island in the southern Japan, with only 30,000 inhabitants. I went with a group of nearly 40 people from all over the world- Americans, Koreans, Japanese, Pakistanis, Egyptians, etc. The journey began as we departed Seoul for Busan, in the South of Korea, and then boarded a ferry to make the journey across the sea.
We arrived on the southern part of the island in time for ...
... cia jak my. Dlaczego?
Suzuka, Mie, Japan ania-maciek... ojiisan" 's address so that I can send him his picture. He shyly denies. Then later he says something about "ichiban furui otera " --the oldest temple in Takayma. I nod and smile .( Actually , I can understand about 20 % of what he said) 10.52 am : arrive at Takayama station. We walk out of the station , surprisingly "ojiisan" comes out before us and is waiting at the Tourist ...
Nagoya, Japan siripatana... dark bila kami sampai. We only managed to feel he evening breeze at the garden pier of Nagoya Port. Being one of the biggest port in Japan, pelik juga..I dont see any vessels landing around. Somehow, dpt jejak jugak ke Nagoya Port. Walking ahead, we found ourselves lost in a small Italian village..didnt expect to encounter this place. Nice settings, with gondolas... 6.40PM Left Nagoyako, its already dark. We then take it slow, found a spot for a light dinner. And later ...
Nagoya, Japan new_discoveries... and found our way back through the train station to the electronics store again. I sought out the girl who helped us earlier that day with the electronic dictionaries and told her my decision. I got the dictionary with the better search functions and sacrificed the convenience of being able to understand the displays. I figured that given some time, I would learn how to work different functions and search for different things. Besides, I have Japanese friends that I can ask to ...
Nagoya Airport, Japan kuraiwatcher... statement "I'm a hot, sticky, sweaty, uncomfortable foreigner who can't acclimate to this freaking hot weather and please stop starring at me" loud and clear. I used to think the idea of using one of these towels was revolting, but now the thought of leaving home without my sweat towel is scary to me. Today the heat was 40 degrees with 56% humidity. Ew. Most women are so paranoid about the sun they wear sun block 24/7, wear gloves, and either carry parasols or attach full on face ...
Nagoya and Irago, Japan jo-jo
