    Monday April 21 and Tuesday April 22, 2014 Day three and start of four - Summer Palace, Olympic Site, Hutong tour, on to Xi'An
    We were up early and off at 8 to the Summer Palace. Breakfast was a bit chaotic since there were a number of tour groups in the hotel, trying to get an early start - dishes and food would appear and be sucked up in on time at all, and finding a place to sit was a bit of a challenge.

    ... and more people certainly makes for a less structured semester. One of my favorite things about this semester is I have time to work out. Last semester I did not because of time, and it feels good to finally be exercising again. However, the gym is going to close for two weeks during Spring Festival (as will the rest of China), so I won’t be seeing it until mid-February.
