... city. It is still daylight at this time. I don't see much because I have about a 5 1/2 layover, so after tranferring airlines (from United Airlines to Hainan Airlines) I spend most of my time sitting in a half-awake daze. It is difficult to sleep on the uncomfortable chair and the lady next to me is blasting some kind of Chinese drama show on her cellphone. It looks interesting.

After you get past security and in the museum, there's this mini bamboo forest, which I took a picture of. Upstairs, the first thing you see is a gigantic mural depicting scenes from the 2008 Olympics. It's quite an impressive mural and I could have looked at it for a very long time.
