... t help but giggle! We stopped off at a beach on the other side of Railay bay, it had some cracking limestone rocks! There were a few people rock climbing, we stood and watched envious of them. It looked really cool! So we thought ...

... Bay, possibly the main attraction. The main beach on Phi Phi Lay this is where Leonardo DiCaprio shot scenes for the film "The Beach", and you could understand why. It's difficult to describe how the mountains surrounding the beach provided such appeal but they certainly did! Similar to Railey Beach in Krabi it was busy with people and the sun was no longer on the beach having gone behind the mountains so we sat and enjoyed the view, posing for a couple of pictures as we ...

... we stopped by Fatty's German restaurant (yes, in Thailand) for our last "heavy" meal before getting into the swing of "clean" eating and training twice a day. By "heavy", I mean meals with potato salad or fries, schnitzels, chicken breast topped with cheese and tomato...Fatty's became one of our favourite places to eat if we had an enormous appetite as the portion sizes are very generous and delicious flavours make any dish very more-ish. Then over to our villa ...
