    ... first. As the Muay Thai sessions are an intense 2 1/2 hours long and I think my body would of lasted 1 session! So we have been steadily getting better but training in this heat and humidity is not easy believe me. After the warm up you are dripping in sweat! We are drinking approximately 5 litres of water a day each just to get through the sessions! Let's just say the toilet is the busiest room in our pad!

    There is not a lot else to do around here unless you want to ...

    ... massively stuck, I think she told him to put his foot down too as we were stressing a bit cause he bombed it down the road to the pier!     ... the first week training at Tiger Muay Thai, it was awesome! I've discovered I like kicking and punching and I think H is regretting taking me!!
