      ... cents a beer it's pretty easy to drink on up and then get kicked by Mr. Red Horse, so forgive us and we shall try to do better...but apparently, don't count on it.

      ... early and watched Kiran for a bit before my turn. This was a mistake as she looked exhausted. But she still was doing really well! Then came my turn...       As we checked into our bamboo hut, made a cup of tea and sat on our porch admiring our idyllic view, it was clear that there were very few people staying here which meant we had the little beach virtually to ourselves! Feeling a Swiss Family Robinson moment coming on, we made a raft out of palm wood and rope and stood on it wearing nothing but coconut shells with spears in hand to catch dinner for that coming ...

      ... first. As the Muay Thai sessions are an intense 2 1/2 hours long and I think my body would of lasted 1 session! So we have been steadily getting better but training in this heat and humidity is not easy believe me. After the warm up you are dripping in sweat! We are drinking approximately 5 litres of water a day each just to get through the sessions! Let's just say the toilet is the busiest room in our pad!

      There is not a lot else to do around here unless you want to ...

      ... one of them is poorly so has been staying in bed! I'm going to treat myself to a pedicure after I shower to cheer myself up from my depressing day and then were going to get dinner and go out again tonight - if I see anyone wearing my denim rucksack or wearing my sunglasses though I think I will punch them in the face!!!
