... le village ou vit le Dalai Lama en Inde. Il donne un Enseignement pendant 3 jours, du 23 au 25 Octobre. Comme a chaque fois qu'il enseigne, de nombreux pelerins se precipitent. Le village est plein d'etrangers arrivant de partout. Le jour precedent on va deposer un tapis ou un coussin a la place qu'on veut avoir pour reserver son siege.

On a lighter note, to receive a teaching (and an initiation woohoo horay! hahah) from the Dalai Lama was an incredible experience. It might have indirectly led me to attend the 10 day silent meditation and Buddhist philosophy course I just got out of as well, but again, more on that later ;)

A funeral procession was outside the daycare a few days ago. Indira, the teacher, was telling the children to stay inside and all of the women from the village came out to watch. Nikki and I stepped outside to watch with them. Two men were carrying a bed made of sticks with a red cloth over it.
