    ... had lunch etc then headed back to do some shopping since we needed a few items like toothpaste and deodorant. Because the kitchen stove wasn't working we just got some noodles to have later that night.

    We spent most of the evening in the common room, a new lot of Busabout people had arrived so we chatted a bit with them.

    We are both looking forward to France and ...

    ... places to eat. Lucy was hungry again. Oh dear. Luckily we didn't stop at one of the restaurants along the canal and walked further where we stumbled upon a large open air market. It was really cool. Had lots of organic food stalls and lots of places to sit. Our host had encouraged us to eat Italian food and drink Italian wine so for the 5th night in the row we did.     ... lots of traditional Italian buildings. Lucy and Katie started to show signs of hunger halfway through the tour becoming focused on finding a supermarket instead of paying attention to Emma's tour! There was the worrying risk of them becoming grumpy so we gave up the search for a supermarket and had to settle with a cafe. it was a good find actually.     My tonsils were still pretty bad but in the afternoon I felt a bit better so Davide went to play soccer with his friends and I went to watch.
