    ... day walking with a picnic up in the mountains. Our legs hadn't quite recovered from yesterday's hike - but once we had warmed up, from the climb straight up from the car park, we were fine.     ... our walk to be quite so long. We unfortunately started to loose daylight at about 5pm and chose to head back into the valley on a different route, down a rather steep track, which took us a good few miles out of our way, but at least we were on a known and made road.
