... There's an art exhibition, la Biennale di Venezia, that was going on in the city at the time from people all around world, so we wanted to check that out. It was nice walk down by the water and getting away from the crowds. There was a large boat named "The Trust Fund" with a Canadian flag, so least the pompous person who owns that isn't from America. We buy a couple of sandwiches to take on the bus with us, collect our bags from the luggage storage and take the people mover once again to the bus terminal. ... unfortunately the card machine was 'broken' so we would have to pay by cash. We couldn't help feeling this was one dodgy place, we felt we were getting scammed, there was nothing we could do about it and he didn't seem to care.
