Its a bit of a dungeon where we are but its a good enough room. The service was friendly and genuine and it wasnt too pricy. Although the only extra thing they give you here is a towel.

Day 11 01.04.10

It wasn’t like the normal cannelloni I am used to …

We went down to Vieux Nice (the Old Town) where there were a few shops and restaurants open. It was a great place to walk through and we came across a lot of great shops, including some great biscuit and sweet making …

This morning I walked to the train station that is across the road from the hotel and bought a ticket to Monaco. It is only 30 minutes away and it is such a beautiful ride along the coast. The train arrived in a subterranean station and I took the exit and headed to the Prince's Palace that was up on the hill overlooking the port and the sea. It&# …

I left Florence for Nice and I was very much ready to return to home. I was missing Stacey, my bank account was hemorrhaging and I was ready to retire my backpack for a while. We stopped at the iconic leaning tower of Pisa for the obligatory photo. The weather was terrible and the rain defiantly hampered my creativity as all I really wanted to do …
