      ... the park. Strange to think that when we were tacking we were heading straight for Venice. On the Adriatic Sea side of the park there are cliffs jutting straight up from the sea. On Mana Island an old fort or castle sits atop the cliff side. Don't know the history but I've heard this whole Area was ruled by Venice at one time.       After a goodnight's sleep Kerst feels much better and we have a hot breakfast before boarding the bus at 8.30. We head to Krka National Park which is stunning. Krka is a river and lake area with abundant bird life, scenic waterfalls and lush forests. We walk for an hour and take in the beautiful,scenery, the waterfalls are amazing!       ... the evening. It was there I discovered that is wasn't indigestion or longing that produced the god awful sounds but a desire to mingle with the guests.       ... chilled out till after lunch (which the cookpig cooked), and headed into the old town of Trogir about 7 mins away. Found a restaurant (Kondoba Isdra), which cooks the famous Dalmation cuisine, "Meat under the bell" which is called Peka. Ordered the meal well ahead of time as takes 2+ hours to cook and returned at 7pm after meandering slowly through the streets and home. We were not dissapointed as it was delicious.
