    We were in the City when Microsoft opened the new store in Sydney today and also were up front and personal with the Royals today and we both got to shake hands with Camila, Duchess of Cambridge. That was pretty special.

    We caught the bus in and out, at a cost of $2.50 each, so how ...

    ... the table eluded is so it was Pad Thai on or knees for dinner! loads of conversation and loads of laughter later we said our good byes (see you laters really) and headed back to our hotel room for a rare night with out a task list. I did, however, still manage to spend two hours mucking about with our gadgets, technology and iToys...     ... to Bondi which took hours but the scenery was so beaut, time flew. He works for the council out here doing maintenance so had plenty of stories to tell in his super strong Scottish accent. We went to this butchers for lunch for a burger and sweet potato fries to eat by the beach which was sooooo good. Their seagulls are just as ballsy as Brighton's though! Just fewer of them. 😊 After a few hours sunbathing we headed back to the hostel, sorted out ...

    ... voices echoed from the stone walls, which made it difficult for us to enjoy, but we spent quite a long time there, viewing artifacts from Australia's history.
    Today is Friday, the day when we board the Sea Princess for our 17 day up the east coast of Australia, over the top, and down the west coast, finally arriving in Perth on Sept 21. Between now and then, internet may be spotty, but I'll update the blog whenever I can.
