Our first day on the road was met with trouble out of the gate. Within a half mile Charlie's rear pannier flung itself into his spokes leading to the bottom seam splitting open. We were able to temporarily mitigate disaster using a plethora of zip ties and Kevin's tennis shoes. After several delays and wrong turns we found ourselves facing a hill of epic proportions in the city late at night on our way to the bridge. The picture I took of Kevin was raw ...

I thought I would make a short and sweet one sentence entry to wrap up our trip......but that was not to be! We arrived back in Denver about 7:30 p.m. An hour off schedule because of rain in the Denver area. Oh the FUN I will have with that. Cribbage is a game that has been played in my family for as far back as I can remember. Aunts and uncles, chain-smoking, quintessential crocheting grandma, plotting 15 - 2s, double-three-card-runs-for-8. I taught Michael to play, and we have not ...

Finally Moving On

... of the basement. Josh Orr drunk and built like Ryan in bali this guy was not easy to move but when they finally got him to the door he somehow managed to trip over his own feet and hit the floor just outside the basement, loosing any shred of dignity and expelling his bowels all over the inside of his jeans. Ofcourse all the vegan and straight edge people there started to cry and caress each other oh so tenderly while they rejoiced over ...
