After sunset and some more work we grabbed a bite to eat across the road from the hotel. Back to work after a quick bite and then to bed. The next morning we woke to breakfast on the porch.

... baptistery with lots of old artwork. I also looked in a few shops before getting a gyros for lunch which I ate on the rocks then went to a beach to read and lay in the sun for a few hours. I headed back to the hostel room where I watched TV with Greek subtitles and made some dinner. And also went for a walk to watch the sunset from the ocean.

... the perfect location, half way between the town square and the beach and walking distance to both. It turns out that we just missed the tourist season and apparently most of Ios shuts down for the off season. Ios is a ghost town now, but we can imagine what the party would be like during the high season. I guess our trip to Ios won’t be quite as legendary as most peoples.
