The Blue Star ferry to Paros left on time and was a very comfortable ride from Piraeus (Athens Port), to the Island of Paros. The taxi met us at the ferry port in Parikia and drove us to the Hotel Senia in the town of Naoussa. We got lucky and our room was upgraded by the owner, Senia, to include a jacuzzi tub. Feeling a little sleepy after our late night we all decided to have a nap. Two
of the boys didn't want to be inside the hotel so looked around for somewhere outside
sheltered from the wind to take a snooze...and opted for the wall in a
children's playground!!! (I wish I had a photo of this!)
We spent the rest of the day relaxing, eating souvlaki (kebab in pitta) ...
