      ... an up and coming neighborhood. But there is a run down apartment bldg/motel that backs up to this property and I am not comfortable buying a house that would be empty much of the time in a rather mixed area. My guess is that this area will continue to improve and this property will increase in value. If we were younger and looking to invest for the future this would be a good bet. But we are looking for a place to use in the winter and leave for long periods of time. ...

      ... just outside of Pensacola. If we thought St. Pete's Beach was quiet, Navarre was even more subdued! Luckily, it's Super Bowl weekend, so we found our own entertainment at the bar next door to the hotel. With the likely name of "Helen Back," we figured this was the place to have a good time--and we did!       ... is very long and has several spans under which you can pass which makes that confusing. I could also say someone (take a guess) told First Mate the huge span we clearly saw and needed to pass under was called the Tampa Bay Bridge as opposed to the Sunshine Skyway Bridge so she ignored it.
