... concerts there. I was on the stage at one point but I don't project well enough for such a theatre :(

While the theartre has never been used as an arena for gladiators we had a couple rioaming around for photos. Anna took them on!!

We also came across a group of bikers on a tour of Turkey on BMWs who will apparently be following our itinerary for the next few days. We di come across them all day at each stop.

... drink them all, become rowdy, and then spend the next 3.5 hours complaining that the bus doesn't stop for a bathroom break every ten minutes. It's raining, but at least the rain's warm! Before it started we walked around a bit and realised that the hotel isn't in Antalya at all, it's on the coast where the road turns inland to go over the mountains to Cappadocia, a place called Alara and in fact is over half way to Alanya, which is where we stayed when we first came to Turkey some 40 years ago. Barely hit the ground and it's been amazing. Yesterday went to Alayna and visited an 11th Century castle on a high rocky area surrounded on 3 sides by the Mediterranean Sea. Pretty cool.
