... went back to the hostel as we were being picked up at 8:15pm to go to the bus station as we were getting the night bus to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon). The bus was quite nice as we took up half of the bottom floor and there was only a few more people on the bus so it was really quiet.

So you absail down but can't really see what you going in to, obviously like a bit of a whirlpool, you go in and turns you a bit and then spits you out...not for me thanks, but babs thoroughly enjoyed it and said it was the best one. Arrived on the sleeper bus to Ho Chi Minh at 4am and I was disorientated especially after the Valium and owing to the fact that we weren't meant to arrive for another 3 hours.
